Booking Information

Are you a jazz artist with a compelling jazz project that needs an appreciative audience and meaningful pay?

Talk to us about a gig at the Fellowship!

We book all local bands in-person to ensure maximum community participation.

Come talk to us in person at 109 S. Main St. from 6:30-10:00 PM, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or anytime we’re hosting an event. If you really can’t come in person or don’t live in Seattle - email us: info@seattlejazzfellowship.org

PLEASE DO NOT SEND A BOOKING REQUEST THROUGH INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK MESSENGER.

SEND AN EMAIL OR COME IN-PERSON!

Seattle Jazz Fellowship exists to build and strengthen our local jazz community. Priority will always be given to resident artists.

If you’re interested in playing, we ask that you play at a level that will be compelling to our audience, that you play jazz (as defined by you, the artist) and that you help us in our mission of building community by showing up to at least one of our events to support another artist’s music.

If you’re a non-local band, we’ll ask you for three weeks of exclusivity within the greater Seattle area on either side of your date.

We promote the show so you don’t have to! You can concentrate on making muisc, instead of getting people out to the show. We pay bands a flat fee so your pay isn’t based on the door or how many people show up. Your music is valuable to us!

If you’re considering a tribute show - this isn’t for you! We don’t present tributes of any kind.

We ask that you please understand that there are a limited number of dates and many great musicians that want to play at the Fellowship. As a result it may be very difficult to secure a date for your group and we cannot promise that we will respond to your message.
